Event organisers fill out an online form to advertise their event on the What’s On Townsville website. User feedback reported this form was long, hard to navigate, overly complicated and inflexible for regular events. This resulted in alot of calls and manual work for the support staff to help each and every organiser to post their event on the site.

Key requirements were for the form to easily cater for recurring events and provide the ability to add promotional assets such as images or videos. Problems also arose when changing or adding details after submission.
